Cassette sterilizers are designed for fast, efficient sterilization in a compact form, ideal for use in patient-facing spaces like exam rooms. They quickly sterilize instruments between appointments without compromising on care—delivering powerful performance while remaining gentle on delicate and high-value tools. Unlike bulkier autoclaves, cassette models use only a measured amount of heated distilled water per cycle, offering greater efficiency, lower water consumption, and reduced operating costs.

Once the sterilization program is selected and started, the steam generator heats to the optimal temperature. A measured amount of distilled water is pumped in and instantly converted to steam, which is evenly distributed throughout the cassette containing contaminated instruments. As the steam fills the cassette, it displaces and removes all cold, unclean air to ensure effective sterilization.
